1. Introduction
Welcome to Laura (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and any services provided through it (together, the “Site”), and the purchase of products through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
Consumer: A natural person who is acting for purposes that are not related to any commercial, entrepreneurship, professional or craft activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. How Orders Work / Order Process
Orders can be placed via the Site after selecting Products, providing shipping and payment information, and confirming your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any of the following reasons: (i) Product is unavailable; (ii) incorrect pricing or Product information; (iii) suspected fraud; (iv) you have violated these Terms; or (v) due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
Once we accept your Order, we will send you an Order Confirmation which finalizes the contract between you and us.
5. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display Product images and descriptions accurately, including size, color, materials, and other specifications. However, you acknowledge that actual Product colors may vary from what is displayed, due to screen display, lighting, etc.
Prices are inclusive (or exclusive) of taxes and duties as clearly stated and include shipping/delivery where applicable, unless otherwise noted. Any changes in currency exchange, import duties, or taxes may be reflected at the time of shipping or delivery.
Prices displayed are valid only at the time you place the Order. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect an Order once Order Confirmation has been sent.
6. Payment
We accept various payment methods, as shown on the Site (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Payment must be made at or before the time the Order is placed.
If payment fails or is declined, we may cancel the Order.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
We will deliver the Products to the address you provide when making your Order, via the couriers or delivery service chosen or available.
Estimated delivery times are provided on the Site and/or during checkout; however, these are estimates only and delays may occur.
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import restrictions, or your incorrect address. You should check the Product on delivery and notify the courier of visible damage.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are a Consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract (for example, in the EU / other applicable jurisdictions) within a defined period (often 14 calendar days) from the date you receive the Product(s).
To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow our posted return instructions, obtain any required return authorization, and return the Product(s) in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs for returns may be borne by you, depending on the reason for the return.
We may withhold a refund until the returned Product is received and inspected, or until you provide proof of return shipment.
9. Warranty & Conformity
Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period required by applicable law (e.g., 2 years in many jurisdictions).
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or wear and tear.
If a Product is defective or does not conform to the description, please contact our Customer Service with supporting documentation (photos, proof of purchase, etc.). We'll assess the issue and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property & Use of the Site
